United Students for Veterans' Health @UCLA

United Students for Veterans’ Health is a student-led volunteer organization aimed at serving veterans and advocating for veteran wellness. We work directly with Operation Mend, a UCLA Health program which provides world-class care for post-9/11 veterans with physical and psychological injuries. USVH volunteers have the unique opportunity to interact directly with veteran patients through virtual game nights and other fun virtual activities. Additionally, USVH members are able to volunteer in the West LA VA's recreational therapy department where they are able to interact in-person with geriatric veteran patients.
