Business Law & Investing Society

The Business Law & Investing Society (BLIS) aims to create a space for undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in business and law. BLIS also teaches its members foundational investment skills that can be applied to their legal and business careers. Unlike many other law and investment societies, BLIS does not charge membership fees nor does it reject any UCLA student who is interested in learning about law and finance. We accept all students as general members regardless of their major, experience, or knowledge about law and finance. BLIS provides a range of beneficial services like foundational workshops in law and investing as well as guest speaker events with individuals from top law and finance firms, such as Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Cooley LLP, Skadden, and Millennium Management.
