Paper Airplanes at UCLA

Paper Airplanes at UCLA Logo

We are an undergraduate group at University of California, Los Angeles that serves as a Tutor Recruitment Club for the nonprofit organization Paper Airplanes. The mission of Paper Airplanes is to “bridge gaps in language, higher education, and professional skills training for conflict-affected individuals. By harnessing virtual learning technology and the benefits of peer-to-peer connections, we seek to provide a means of pursuing educational and employment opportunities.” Our primary focus will be recruiting UCLA students for the English Program. In addition, we hope to raise awareness about unique obstacles faced by refugees and what you can do to help!
