Nursing Beyond Borders at UCLA

This chapter of Nursing Beyond Borders will be the first collegiate chapter. We will work to spread awareness of the Nursing Beyond Borders organization and mission. In addition, we will work to raise funds and gather donations for Nursing Beyond Borders and its mission, which strives to deliver sustainable healthcare and education to underprivileged communities around the world, aiming to prevent disease before it starts. Being founded by nursing students, we will also aim to encourage future participation in Nursing Beyond Borders trips and activities amongst future nurses. Overall, we will be spreading awareness of the need for sustainable medical care in impoverished communities around the world, and doing what we can to give members of those communities access to improved care.
