UPSA at UCLA

The Urban Planning Student Association (“UPSA”) serves as the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs Urban Planning Department’s student governing body. UPSA’s mission is threefold: (1) Serves as a vehicle for student-led initiatives, events and fundraising; (2) Offers a platform for students to speak to the department, administration, and other Luskin student groups; and (3) Supports the GSA representative(s) in approving requests for funding from students.
