Transforming Care at the Bedside

The Transforming Care at the Bedside (TCAB) program allows students to experience health care from a clinical perspective by being a part of the patient care team through volunteer involvement. The TCAB can provide valuable, real-world experience. Volunteers learn what nurses and other healthcare professionals do in their daily work, and experience how it feels to interact with patients and families at the bedside
