Alt Protein Project at UCLA
The Alt Protein Project at UCLA is a student-led organization that aims to educate members of the UCLA community about alternative protein production and the future of the industry. Our primary objectives include creating a community for individuals interested in the industry to connect and network, encouraging members to pursue their own goals such as starting research projects, advocating for the development of a course on alternative protein production at UCLA, and providing opportunities for members to meet with faculty and professionals in the field. We strive to be part of the global student movement that is transforming the way we produce food and becoming a cornerstone of the alternative protein ecosystem.
