Our primary objectives include promoting the spread and usage of Bayesian statistics among the research community, offering simulation based reanalysis in Python of traditional analyses using the original raw data, advocating for the abandonment of traditional statistical methods and usage of statistical formulas in favor of simulation-based approaches such as those taught in LS40, and informing the public of the Eugenics-based nature of classical statistics pioneered by Sir Francis Galton and to act as a medium for the members social, cultural and political objectives.
